Exactly what you would expect from Nickelback. The music rocks and the lines are great. The album follows their previous style exactly so if you liked the older albums you will like this one.

This CD is great, in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted. It took a very long time to get to me tho, the postal service is at it again!!

I got this cd after hearing a few clips on a music website. My speakers weren't so good, but from what I heard these guys had good melodies and jammin' beats. I couldn't tell just how grating the lead singers voice was until I got the cd. I understand that some rockers feel the need to do the gutsy-grinding rock sound, but I can't listen to it in that quantity for very long. The worst thing, however, were the lyrics to most of the songs. I liked 3 songs on the cd, but the rest were trashy. These guys are sex-addicts and their lyrics are very offensive. Too many strikes against it. It ended up in the trash. I would not recommend it.

I have read a lot of the critical reviews, and those people are entitled to their viewpoints. In my case I don't care if the CD sounds different, or creative, or breaks new ground. I liked their last CD so if this one is more of what I like I don't see that as a negative. The music rocks. The lyrics tend to be a bit crude but that doesn't bother me either. This is a great cd to listen too in the gym or when running. It'll keep you motivated and going.
