While Volume One in Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease series featured Electra working out in front of a bed, Vegas Strip offers a more public venue, Studio 54, as her instructional setting. Since this segment is filmed at a legendary dance club, it makes sense that this workout session is constructed of choreographed dance moves, that one can either use on the dance floor or keep under wraps at home. Vegas Strip's half-hour session will provide good cardiovascular exercise, depending on what one puts into it, though it mostly improves grace and coordination, in easy-to-learn segments set to pulsating dance music. This is equally valuable since the premise of this series is to feel sexy and have fun while working out. Though it does appear to be more of a lesson in choreography, Vegas Strip clearly demonstrates the challenge implicit to such sexed-up dance moves, and may give those who shun dirty dancing a respect for the real professionals. —Trinie Dalton

First of all I have to say that I normally shy away from any workout that involves "dance" usually as I have not been blessed with any sort of coordination. I do have to tell you that I love these DVD's! First of all Carmen Electra is not annoying at all like I thought she would be, I would have to call her inspiring for lack of better term. The workout or "routine" itself is actually very easy to follow and she really makes sure that you learn it and have a really fun time doing it. In my opinion, this workout is the answer for a lot of people. It builds your confidence in a time where you may not feel so great about yourself, its a good workout (you wont be sweating buckets or anything) and it has certainly gotten the attention of all the men in my house including my boyfriend which is always pretty funny. I think this is totally worth every penny and will be totally worth your while.

I only bought the fit to strip DVD and found it very useful. I thought the warm up was very good, there are a lot of exercises done in a short amount of time. I really felt the burn after the first couple times. I think Carmen's attitude is great. She confesses she doesn't breath while exercising and other problems she has, which I found comforting. The menu is great, allowing you to pick which mix of the routines you want, or just pick one routine. I like this DVD and will continue to use it over some of my other workout DVDs.

I bought this video collection with as high of hopes as the people who rated it a one-star purchase. I use the second video "Fit to Strip" the most. The trainer is wonderful and the little pop-ups make sure you have the right posture for each exercise. My main aggrivation is that they forget to repeat an exercise (for the other side of the body). Oh, and sweating IS common when one does the entire dvd. I also like the first dvd.
The choreography may be a bit simple, but what would you expect for $35? Any legitimate dance class would certainly cost more. And if you are dedicated to the routines, focus on breathing and concentration, and eat small meals thoughout the day, you can lose weight with this product. Add 3 lb weights to your routines and tone your body. I did.

I agree with many things that have been written. Disc #2 is my FAVORITE work out. Michael Carson does a great job of putting together a real workout that you will feel the next day if you took any time off!!
The other discs are cute routines, but not great workouts, but make a good add-on to the work out here!

I actually purchased this video for my friend's bachelorette party. So she could learn some "moves" before the big night! We have only gone through the video once so we haven't learned it well yet. It was pretty fun and by the end I had broken out into a light sweat. I find it better for erotic dancing than an actual workout. I didn't like the fact that Carmen calls her right "right" so when you hear right but she's moving to your left, it can throw you off.
