Product Description Isabella Rossellini: Looking at Me: On Pictures and Photographers Self-reflections by stars are a tricky matter. Not, though, if the stars are Isabella Rossellini, her "Me Wall" and her private collection of Isabella portraits taken by the worlds leading photographers. Commented by herself with wit, humor, and self-irony, Looking at Me traces her remarkable career from boxing reporter in Muhammad Alis training camp to a highly successful model to movie actress and head of her own cosmetics line. We also meet Isabella in private, with her children, her dog Macaroni, and Spanky, her pig. Virtually the entire range of star photographers, from Richard Avedon to Bruce Weber, as well as film-makers David Lynch and Wim Wenders have been inspired by Isabellas charm and versatility. She, in turn, has composed a witty book that is irresistible to the viewer/reader.

| Customer Reviews: Excellent and Engaging December 6, 2002 Donald T. Lupo (Marina del Rey, CA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is a great book, the type that you can sit with for hours and enjoy. It is reminiscent of Sante D'Orazio's first book, but on a much simpler scale. The photos are great, the commentary a little bare-bones but interesting. As a photographer, it's also interesting to see how different photographers have captured the same subject, sometimes more than once. Highly recommended and nicely published.
