This is the perfect solution for players, parents and coaches. The spring-training season is here-are you ready? This carefully crafted book is assembled for readability and practicality. Do you have baseball questions? This book has the answers. What's your mission today? for your career? What should you do to stay in control? What does a red stoplight have to do with baseball? Why is a cleansing breath and very important?
Players: Read the information in the boxes, if that is all you have time for now. As questions come up read each chapter carefully. Be a leader!
Parents: Encourage your player to read what they have time for now. During the season be prepared to show them where they will find the answers to their situations, and when their season is over read the entire book together.
Coaches: Get re-charged with great suggestions to help you be "Coach of the Year"-see the coaches boxes!
We have many baseball books in our library- this one is very special!

This book was recommended to me by Coach "Hutch" of the University of Michigan's Lady Wolverines, and I've not been disappointed. I highly recommend this book for both coaches and players (over 16).
