The pictures are not the same ones that have alredy been posted on every other calendar. The calendar is set up so you actualy know what date/day it is! It was perfect. Also, it is not too exotic that it can't be displayed at the work place.

I have been a Madonna fan for over 25 years and I have to say she is the best live act ever! I am very pleased with the calendar because I read the reviews and knew what I was getting. The quality of the pictures is decent. There is also another calendar 12X12 showing on the cover a picture from the Hard Candy album photo shoot. For what I read is the same as this one but the only difference is the cover and dimensions. I give this calendar 5 stars but I really wish next year we get a calendar with outtakes or even promotional shots of the new stuff (What happened to those calendars?) I love those! Those were the days when we would get an ICON magazine in the mail. This year's calendar we got a look back to some of her iconic eras. We love to look back but for the future, we want new stuff. BTW, last couple of years I have been having trouble finding M's calendars even at the mall! Thanks to Amazon is how I was able to purchase last, this and next year's calendar.

There is a mix of older and newer photos. OK collection. Cover is the usual "shock" photo of the 51 year old showing us her crotch. The older she gets, the more intent she is on showing it to us. I enjoy the older pics better, when she was still halfway fun. I'd like to see a calendar of all 80s photos, before she became too dull.
