I got this book for me and my girlfriend based on all the positive reviews. It's really not all that great of a book - it's what you would expect produced by a site like YouPorn. The text isn't that bad - which is why it merits a few stars - but it includes random photographs that are very tasteless and offended my girlfriend. The authors seem to have just done a Google image search for "sexy" photos and put one in every few pages, even if they are entirely unrelated to the content. The photographs of the positions aren't terrible, but they're all named after actresses, which is also offensive and makes it uncomfortable to refer to any one in particular - "Sure, let's try the L. Lohan style!" Several positions are repeated (with different names) and in general it does not make for a good reference book. The text, apart from the photographs, is somewhat insightful and has some good tips that discuss the merits of certain positions over others, but the images ruin it for me. I also suspect all the 5-star reviews for this book - if you see the other books they all reviewed, the lists are surprisingly similar. I'm returning my copy, and suggest you look elsewhere. We went to a local bookstore and found Daily Sex: 365 Positions and Activities for a Year of Great Sex!, which although does not use photographs, is much more professionally done and makes for a better reference book.

There are a lot of books on sex positions out there, but YOUPORN SEX POSITIONS 101 really captured our attention. My wife and I found ourselves pouring over the book, passing it back and forth in a crowded Borders cafe pointing out to each other our favorite pages. The photography is excellent and very hot...and we found plenty of things we will be trying.
To say that this book can add *sizzle* to a couples lovemaking is a vast understatement!!!!! This is NOT some kind of "nasty porno", but a very tastefully written book that I would be proud to give to my own daughter and her husband. Women....learn more about your own body! Men...READ THIS! You will not be disappointed by the results from your partner if you apply what is learned from this excellent book!!!

You should know that although it looks like it lists a ton of different positions, many of the pictures are repeated but are just called different names even though they are the same exact thing. Also, the book preview shows the pictures in color, but there is no color to the book. When you read the book it tells you to buy the e-book for colored pictures. Total rip-off. Since I bought this item online, I did not know these things until it arrived. If I would have know them, I would not have ordered this book!

You know the old joke that goes, "What ONE food causes a woman to lose her desire for sex?" and of course the answer is "wedding cake." Well, I've just found a way to reverse the ill effects of all those sugary carbs in a book called "Youporn Sex Positions 101!" and WOW---hold on to your dear wife!
My bride and I followed Dr. Christine prescription and read the book together in bed, which was a lot of fun because we could look at all the ideas and positions and laugh, relax and rekindle (without relocating!). Dr . David Usher sure right about finding your best sex positions: it's not about contorting yourselves into rubbery Cirque du Soleil knots that leads to better sex---it's about SLIGHTLY adjusting your already favorite positions for more intimate, pleasurable contact. Now instead of being one trick ponies we've become a pair of bucking broncos. Whodathought?
We (okay, I) browsed in a bookstore and flipped through a bunch of sex position books, which is awkward when other shoppers suddenly appear in the same aisle, especially attractive young blondes looking at the `help me mend my broken heart' books on the very next shelf. Anyway, I ended up buying "Youporn" on Amazon, which not only sounded like a good wedding cake antidote, but I wouldn't have to feel awkward handing it directly to yet another attractive blonde at the cashier's stand who'd undoubtedly ask if I'd like to join their eager-reader's discount book buying club
This book also shows the pictures of real people with real sex positions not just the drawings. I digress. Those other books I'd flipped through in the store and left for someone else were either boring (really...how do you make sex BORING?), preachy, impractical, wordy (with no illustrations), illustrated (with cutesy position names), too clever for their own good, too dated to still be around, too expensive for what they delivered ... you get the picture. Yet, here's what it all really comes down to: DO YOU WANT BETTER SEX? If so, then this is your book. It's a perfect blend of advice and illustrations, funny and sexy all at the same time, easy and comfortable to read with your partner.
This is a unique publication by professionals to spice up your sex life in a safe and healthy manner, highly recommended.
