AS a pastor of 23 years, I have checked many books about church ushering ministry. And I found this one best if not the best. It teaches well the four specific responsibilities of ushers: greet, meet, seat, and help church members and visitors on various church occasions. Moreover, the book was written concisely and clearly making it pleasant to read. I recommend it highly. I give it a five star rating.
