You Need This Book August 28, 2005
Yes, I know it's out-of-print, but but it used, but BUY IT! If you like to cook simple but delicious food, this book is a must. The explanations and techniques are marvelous and the food is even better. Clearly written and easy to follow - a cook's dream.
