A must have for Titanic buffs June 8, 2009 Lukie (Wisconsin) I have just gone to a Titanic Exhibit at my local museum, I have always had a great interest in anything to do with the Titanic since I had seen the movie A Night To Remember (a long time ago). This book is put together so well from the beginning of building the ship to it's fateful end...the illustrations are great and it's very informative....i couldn't put it down.....
UNIQUE TITANIC BOOK April 20, 2009 Nancy Liz (Kenosha, WI) My husband and I went to the Titanic Exhibit in Milwaukee, which was not only very interesting but quite moving and this book was offered for sale in the gift shop. They were sold out of it and I found it, here, at Amazon. It's really put together well, fast reading and very informative. If you want the whole, longer version of the history of the Titanic, this is not the book for you, but it does give you answers to all those questions you may have wondered about in a shorter format. I also think it would be a great book for grade school children, an easier way for them to learn about the Titanic.
882 1/2 Amazing Answers To Your Questions About The Titanic April 18, 2009 Brenda Miller (Kenosha, WI, USA) AMAZING, great, fantastic book. If I could I would give it 10 Stars, I think I will--**********!!!!!!!!!! If you think you know alot about the Titanic and the sad story, just read this book and you will realize that you didn't know many things. Really great pictures, and some stories. Highly recommended, great book for the Titanic collector. Glad I bought this fantastic book. My husband and I really enjoyed reading it. Good for children that want to learn the history about the Titanic. Fairly easy reading for younger children. Would be useful to use as a Trivia answer guide.
Questions Answered February 9, 2009 Vera Jones (Riverside, California) If you've ever spent time with elementary students and discussed the Titanic, you would be amazed at the questions that ensue. Do you know how many cats and dogs were on the Titanic? This book covers almost every trivia question a child or adult could think of. I highly recommend holding on to a copy of this book as I've found it's not the type you want to loan out. This is my third time purchasing a copy.
Great Information and an Easy Read January 8, 2009 Brenda L. May (Waukesha, WI United States) This is a great book of Titanic facts. Some are very common, some are obscure and others deal with misconceptions. Very informative! Has a lot of facts and tidbits that we didn't find in any other material! It's written in sections, so if you have just a couple minutes to look at some questions and answers, that's fine, or you can read through the whole book at once. Highly recommended.
