Product Description
Tell me again about the night I was born.Tell me again how you would adopt me and be my parents. Tell me again about the first time you held me in your arms. Jamie Lee Curtis and Laura Cornell, author and illustrator of the best-selling When I Was Little: A Four Year Old's Memoir of Her Youth, have joined together again to create a fresh new picture book for every parent and every child. In asking her parents to tell her again about the night of her birth, a young girl shows that it is a cherished tale she knows by heart. Tell Me Again About the Night I Was Born is a unique, exuberant story about adoption and about the importance of a loving family.

Great gift for grandson who is 2nd grader who loves to read to me! October 30, 2008 The last time our grandson came to visit he told us he wanted to read to his grandfather and me. I did not have a book on hand that a second grader could read, so I have bought this to keep on hand for his next visit. Jamie Lee Curtis' books are all entertaining and cleverly illustrated and most appropriate for children and adults to share.
Not impressed October 14, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
It is a cute story, but does not relate to our child's adoption story in any way.
Great book! September 24, 2008 I love all of Jamie Lee Curtis' books. It may look girly, but my two nephews loved it too!
Loved it September 4, 2008 I loved the book. Thought it was so cute. My son is only 7 months so not sure if he would recommend it yet.
Spot-On Positive Vibes for Adopted Kids and their Parents June 23, 2008 Tell Me Again... is my favorite storybook about adoption. The little girl whose voice we hear is a happy and proud teller of her own adoption tale, and her parents' essences come through loud, clear and wonderfully human. The illustrations provide kids with zillions of fun things to detect, and everyone finishes the story with a smile on their face. My only complaint: I couldn't find it in hardback. Since this book will be read a hundred times you need a sturdy version.
